Estimate 2,400–5,500 TRY
A new circuit is a separate guard leaving the panel. An extension lead is a guest for one evening. A heater all winter, an oven that stays on, a counter cooker, do not live on the back of an extension. If they do, the socket cover warms and people blame the socket. The fault is not the socket. It is that the circuit was never pulled. The estimate sits between 1,800 and 3,500 TRY. A job that strips the whole flat's wall does not enter this range.

Adnan Şemiye, ElektrikçiGO electrician, fitting an Istanbul meter cabinet
«Bring it inside the wall» on the phone is not enough. Along the skirting in trunking, through the ceiling void, or in an existing conduit: I see that on site. If the existing conduit is full I do not force a new cable in. A forced cable leaves its insulation on the mouth of the conduit. A cable that left its mouth smells a month later. I do not bury that smell in this page's price, because that is now a short circuit and it is another page. If the route will change I mark what I will open before I start. A wall opened without a mark becomes your paint afterwards. Paint is not from me.
The cable size follows the load. A cooker run is not the size of a living-room socket. I do not extend a thin cable for a cooker. I also do not write a thick cable onto a socket «so there is plenty». Both heat, one from too little and one for nothing. I do not choose the breaker bigger than the size. A bigger breaker is refused on this page and on the breaker page. The new circuit gets its own breaker. I do not hang it on the back of another group. If I did, that group would fall at night and you would blame the old fridge, not the new circuit.
1,800 to 3,500 TRY is for one new circuit. A socket, a cooker, or a short lighting leg. If the route grows, if it changes floor, if the panel has no room for a new breaker, the figure leaves. If it will, I write it before I fix the trunking. A whole-flat rewire sits in the 10,000 to 28,000 band and it is not this page's sentence. A single socket cover is not either. I do not hide the cover inside this circuit and make it look cheap. Three jobs are three lines.
I do not add a new breaker to the panel while it is live. Do not open the cover. I do not write a colour recipe. I write on the label which room the new circuit is, not the colour of the conductor. When I finish I raise that breaker myself, I put a load on the new socket, and I look at the cover to see if it warmed. If it warmed I do not close the trunking and leave. Heat is the news of the size or of a pinch. I cannot cover the news with plaster.
Do not say «one socket» on the phone and ask at the door for a cooker, a light and a camera cable. I hear the three and I write the three apart. Camera cable is on the camera page. The light's hook is on the lighting page. Here there is only the new guard leaving the panel. Nights and public holidays are separate, and I say the difference before I leave. We work as an approved technician network. I do not promise a minute in Istanbul. I do not write a locked price for the back of a wall I have not seen.
In an old building the riser is full. A new circuit does not leave by drilling a random hole in the riser. The hole pierces someone else's cable. I look for an empty path first. If there is no empty path I do not say it like a surprise. I change the route or I leave the job that day. If I leave, the trunking does not stay half done. A half trunking leaves an open end in a child's hand. I do not leave an open end.
If the oven and the air conditioner in the kitchen hang on the same breaker, the circuit falls when both start. People call that a short circuit. It is not. Two loads did not fit one guard. I pull a separate run for the oven and leave the air conditioner on the old circuit, or the reverse, according to the size of the load. I do not do both the same day, at the same price, opening the wall from end to end. I weigh on site which one leaves onto its own circuit. I do not fix trunking before I weigh it. I also do not paint the trunking I will fix. The paint stays with you. The electrical side finishes with me.
If the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is on the balcony, the run is not drilled at random through the corner of the window. The hole cuts the old circuit inside the frame. I measure the corner. If it is empty I leave there. If it is full I lengthen the path. If the lengthening strains the 1,800–3,500 band I write that before I drill. I do not say «the air-conditioner run fits this price» before I write it. If I leave a job that does not fit as if it did, it falls again next summer and you call the air-conditioner man, not me. He measures the gas and the run stays hot. That heat is my job. It is not the gas's job.
If a balcony was closed and turned into a room, the old lighting circuit does not carry the new socket load. I do not upsize the breaker because it does not carry it. I pull a new run or I split the load. Splitting is this page. Stripping the whole room's cable is the rewire page. I do not build the sentence that joins the two at the door. If I did, you would have approved one socket and I would have opened a flat. Approval arrives together with a drawing of what I will open. If there is no drawing, there is no opening.
I do not squeeze the new circuit's breaker next to the old group and leave without a label. Without a label the next fault mixes the oven with the air conditioner. So they do not mix I write the room name. I do not write the colour. Writing the colour becomes half a recipe. Half a recipe turns into a job you will try at night. A night try is not this page's promise. The promise is one guard leaving the panel, the right size, and a cover that does not warm. If the cover warmed I do not close the trunking. I read the size again. If the reading changes the 1,800–3,500 band at that moment I say it while the trunking is open, not while you are asleep. A difference said with the trunking open is not a difference written on top of finished paint.
Pulling one circuit is not renewing the whole flat. The rewire sits in the 10,000–28,000 band and on its own page. This page is for one guard, one size, and a cover that does not warm. If I hang the oven and the air conditioner inside the same cover at once, the page becomes a lie. I do not close a lying page with an extension lead. An extension is not a circuit. I do not force cable into a full conduit. Forced cable leaves its insulation at the mouth, warms a month later, and upsizing the breaker does not cool it.
A dry room and a skirting trunking want NYM. A balcony, a wet shaft and the underside of a screed want NYY. NYA lives only inside a conduit. It does not enter plaster bare. I do not pull NYM onto an open balcony. The sun cracks the jacket and a summer later the core shows. I do not force NYY into a narrow furniture trunking. It is round and stiff, it kinks at the corner, and the kink heats. The kilowatts on a cooker label do not fit the 2.5 mm² of a socket run. 2.5 mm² stays on the socket's breaker. If the label is above that, the run is 4 mm² or 6 mm², with its own two-pole breaker. Which millimetre is not said on the phone before the label is seen. A lighting leg is 1.5 mm² and it is not lent to a socket. A lent 1.5 heats on a kettle, and upsizing the breaker does not cool it. Three sizes are three lines. I do not write one inside the other's jacket.
The cooker's own switch does not sit above the cooker, inside the steam. It is within arm's reach, it has two poles, and it cuts both the phase and the neutral. The last piece from the switch to the cooker is not a cord thinner than the wall run. The short cord the maker supplies is the last half metre. It does not take the place of the wall run. If the old group is aluminium, the new copper does not go under that group's screw. The aluminium crushes, the copper stays, and the joint heats. The new circuit sits on its own breaker. If the two metals have to remain together, the part is made for both metals. A Wago 221 is not put on this job. It is only for copper. If the conduit has two square elbows I do not pull the cable. The elbow cuts the jacket. I split the route at a straight box. A cut jacket pulled with no box smells at that elbow a month later. I do not cover the smell with plaster. The height of the switch is where a child cannot reach it and the steam cannot touch it. If I put it right above the counter, at the mouth of the cooker, steam turns the screw green and both poles heat. I do not tighten a green screw. I change the place. That change of place is not a new circuit inside the 1,800–3,500 band. The circuit stays the same and the level of the switch changes. I do not close the cover before I change the level.
The voltage is written once at the panel and once at the new socket, on the same load. A drop above 11 volts against 230, with a cold joint, shows the size is short for the length. The size changes and the breaker does not grow. The same drop with a hot joint is not the length's fault. The joint is renewed. I do not make the draw wire out of the old cloth cable itself. The cloth snaps and a knot stays in the conduit. I do not slide it with soap. Soap stays wet and the jacket swells a month later. I do not pull so hard the copper thins. A thinned spot becomes a thin point in the middle of a thick size, and that point heats. A palm of slack stays in the box. The slack is not cut flush and left without a screw. So a child cannot pull that slack and break the end, it stays inside the trunking and does not hang.
The earth of the new circuit is not bridged to the neutral at the socket. The bridge makes the body live when the neutral opens, and the 30 mA trips with no cause. The earth comes down to the panel earth bar on its own screw. Continuity is written from the new socket's earth hole to that bar. The breaker is not raised before it is written. If the panel has a 30 mA, the new circuit does not escape in front of it, onto the meter side. A bathroom socket and a counter socket sit behind the 30 mA. A circuit taken in front leaves that socket live on a leak, instead of the whole flat. I write this on the label, not inside the cover. The work does not leave Istanbul. Gebze is not written from this page. Nights and public holidays are a separate rate, and the difference is said before leaving.
The band below is the published 2026 list. It is an estimate. The binding figure is written on site after measurement, and the work starts after that.
The bands below are the labour ranges actually seen on recent call-outs and exclude materials. The binding figure is given in writing after on-site measurement, and no work starts without approval.
