Complete Flat Consumer Unit Safety Package
We convert the old ceramic screw-in fuse board in the hall cupboard to a flame-retardant modular DIN-rail board in a single package. Those old boards contain no residual current device at all, so protection against electric shock is zero; this package closes that gap.
What the package includes
- Schneider or Siemens Type C breakers, an independent circuit per room
- A 30 mA Type A residual current device with trip time verified by tester
- A Type 2 surge arrester
- Dedicated circuits for kitchen and bathroom, every terminal torqued to specification
Conditions
The package price depends on the size of the flat and the number of circuits; the binding figure is written after on-site measurement. Where no earth exists, installing one is a separate item and is shown by measurement first.
Just Moved In
Move-In Package: Chandeliers, Sconces, Sockets and TV Mounting
We finish all the mounting work a move-in needs in a single visit, so you are not calling a separate tradesman and paying a separate call-out for each item. Heavy chandeliers are anchored into structural concrete with a steel expansion bolt; on plasterboard the load is transferred to the carrying profile.
What the package includes
- Chandelier and wall sconce mounting, including heavy-duty anchoring
- Socket and switch replacement, with blackened terminals renewed
- TV bracket with cable concealment, and curtain rail mounting
- A whole-flat socket and earthing check
Conditions
The package is priced per unit; tell us how many chandeliers, sockets and brackets on the call and you get a range on the phone. If a new circuit has to be pulled inside the wall, that is a separate item.

Conditions
The price is set by panel and step count. On contracted sites the response time is guaranteed by contract. Which circuit may be isolated and for how long during a running shift is confirmed in writing first.
