Çatalca

The tank of a detached house depends on the well motor. When the motor is silent the tap is silent. The caller takes this for a mains fault. If the house lamp is on, the mains is there in that house. The place to look is the starter. If the contactor coil does not pull, the motor does not turn. If the coil stays stuck, the motor hums when it should have stopped. If the contact face is burnt, one phase goes, the motor groans on two phases, and the thermal trips. A thermal that has tripped is not counted as having solved the fault. What solves it is writing with the clamp which phase is missing. The three phases are read separately. If one is absent, the cable, the fuse or a burnt contact is hunted. If all three are there and the current is above the nameplate, the shaft is being forced or the well is spinning dry. The thermal is not raised then. A raised thermal does not protect the winding. It waits for the winding to burn. The house is still without water, and the motor burns as well. The starter is electrical work. A mechanical repair of the pump impeller is not this visit's claim. The claim is to read the contactor and the thermal, and to see that the motor body is bonded to the earth bar.

The nameplate current is written on the motor body. The thermal dial is not taken above that number. It is not dropped so low that it trips at once on starting either. The setting is compared with the clamp reading. The reading is not an idle measurement in the air. It is written while the motor is pumping water, close to the tank being full. The starting moment is a separate line, and the running current is a separate line. If they are mixed, the thermal is raised because it trips on starting, and the strain in the running current stays unseen. The brand of the contactor is not the subject of the conversation. Even if the body is Schneider or Siemens, the coil voltage and the contact mark are read. If the coil voltage is below what the label asks, the contact chatters, and a chattering contact burns. Low voltage also comes from a long thin run. Then the conversation is the section, not the thermal. The same discipline holds for a single-phase house pump: the protection is chosen from the motor nameplate, and silence is not solved by moving the socket breaker up one way. Silence is the hour the house is without water. That hour is an appointment slot, not a minute.

On a village line one phase's fuse may be blown while the other two remain. The motor then makes a sound as if it turns, pumps no water, and the body heats. The caller raises the thermal one turn. One turn does not complete a missing phase. What completes the picture is writing the three clamp readings side by side. If the missing phase is also in the house lighting and the neighbouring house is dark on that phase too, the report belongs to BEDAŞ. If only one contact of the motor is burnt, the report is the starter. The two reports are not joined in the same sentence. If they are joined, the distribution company's fuse is changed as if it were a contactor, and a burnt contact is reported to the company. The motor body is bonded to the board earth bar, not to a water pipe. If the bond is missing, a body leak trips the 30 mA device if there is one, not the thermal. If there is no device and the body shocks, the plug or the isolator is opened and the device work moves forward. The device is not bridged. A bridge adds a shock to a house that is already without water.

The well circuit is not left behind the house socket device. The motor's start and a wet sheath drop the fridge as well. The pump goes onto its own protection and its own 30 mA Type A unit. The unit is not put in the thermal's place. The thermal sees current. The device sees a body leak. They are not the same screw. The run is read with a 500 V megohmmeter while the motor is separated at the isolator. If the sheath hole is in the field, the whole garden is not dug. The direction where the low insulation starts is noted, and the dig is narrowed that way. Burying a drum without narrowing also breaks sound soil. This job is not a production line. A glass factory, a belt conveyor and a shift board are not written in Çatalca. What is written is the house's water and the starter that cuts that water.

The run between the well and the house is not a straight garden path. A field boundary, a wet hollow and a tractor track sit on the same route. NYM does not enter this route. If it does, the sheath hardens in one winter, cracks, and trips the device. The run is NYY. A joint is not left taped in the hollow. A buried joint is resin. A joint at the foot of a pole is in a gasketed box with the rain mouth closed. The house outdoor board is not counted as dry because it sits under an eave. Çatalca rain tires the gasket. When the gasket goes, damp sticks to the contactor coil. A stuck coil cannot stop the motor, or it never pulls. If the board cover closes with difficulty, the enclosure changes. A flame-retardant gasketed enclosure is enough. A hole is not drilled in it for anti-condensation. A drilled hole is a new path for water. If the earth bar is rusty, the bond of the motor body is renewed. Resistance is measured and written. A water pipe does not take the bar's place. An unmeasured bar is not closed with the sentence that village soil is good.

The indoor socket of a detached house is a separate complaint. If the kitchen socket heats, that box is opened before the starter is touched. If the NYA tail has carbonised it is cut, and the load is read with the clamp. A heating socket is not put right by a thermal that was raised because the well was dry. The two faults are two lines. Damp in the outdoor board does not yellow the indoor socket cover. A yellowing cover wants a loose screw. A damp coil wants a gasket and a contactor. At the appointment the question is which complaint is water and which is a socket. If it is not asked, a field drum is carried to a kitchen box. The wrong material that was carried adds a second day to a house without water. The second day is an appointment too. A minute is not tied to the tractor road.

A Çatalca call is written in the appointment book. Karacaköy and İnceğiz are not run as the two ends of the same slot. A house without water is moved forward. Moving it forward is not quoting a time that cannot be held on the village road. The slot is said before setting off. On the phone the motor isolator is asked to be opened. An open isolator stops a burnt winding from growing. Stopping it is not an arrival minute. If the whole village is dark and the meter is cold, the technician says the BEDAŞ report before setting off. An unsaid report turns into an argument about the seal at the door. We do not open the seal. If the house is lit and the motor is silent, the starter is ours. A factory, a workshop line and a shift are not inside that split. A parts list is not written for the board of a plant that is not there.

The pump starter does not invent a separate price list. The 2026 band is labour excluding materials. Fault finding is 750-1,500 TL, a contactor, a thermal or a residual-current device 1,250-3,200 TL, a socket or light 650-2,800 TL, a long supply run is discussed in the 2,400-5,500 TL band together with the measured metre, a board 6,500-16,000 TL. The NYY metre is not buried inside the band. The metre is measured at the well head and the figure is written before work starts. The survey comes off the job if the repair is accepted. The binding figure is after measurement. Workmanship is guaranteed for one year. Raising the thermal above the nameplate is not guarantee work. A raised thermal hides the cause of a burnt winding. A minute figure is not inside this band.
