Personal Data Processed

When you open a call we process your name, telephone number and address. If you request an invoice, billing details are added, and for corporate work a tax number. The technical part of the fault record holds board photographs, measurement values and a breakdown of the work performed; that record is the basis of any guarantee claim.

• Identity and contact: name, telephone, address, email.
• Call and job record: fault description, measurement results, materials used, work order number.
• Financial: billing details, payment method, tax number for corporate work.

Purpose and Legal Basis

Your data is processed to route the call to a technician, carry out the work, issue an invoice and preserve the record for the guarantee period. The legal basis is the establishment and performance of a contract under KVKK 5/2-c and compliance with a legal obligation under 5/2-ç. Any marketing contact happens only with your separate, explicit consent.

Transfer and Retention Period

Your address and telephone number are passed only to the approved technician attending the call, and only for that job. Financial records are kept for the period required by tax legislation. The technical job record is retained for one further year after the guarantee expires, then deleted or anonymised. We do not sell your data to advertising networks or share it for third-party marketing.

Rights of the Data Subject

Under KVKK Article 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information if it is, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to the processing.
