Air does not move in a closed house. Shore damp leaves a salty film inside the socket cover. The film sits as if dry through winter and becomes a conductor on the first wet opening. If the glass of an outdoor luminaire has cracked, the inside is full of water. If a water heater stayed closed and plugged in for months, the element leaks to the body. If a fridge was left plugged into a damp socket, the compressor's first start also drops the device. If four sources sit behind the same 30 mA unit, they all arrive together at opening. The caller thinks the device is bad. What is bad is usually a way, not the device. The first job is not a bridge. The main switch goes down, every way goes down, and the device is raised. If the device does not hold with nothing on it, the unit itself is tried. If it holds empty, the ways are raised one by one. The fault is on the way that, once lowered, lets the device hold. That way's box is opened while it is dead. Water, a green tail or swollen NYA is seen. The tail is cut. The outdoor luminaire is emptied, and if its gasket is finished the body changes. The water-heater plug comes out and the body leak is read separately. The fridge is not started before it is taken off the wet socket onto another circuit.

At opening it is not necessary to dry every box at once. The tripping way is found, that way is finished, and the others stay. A sound circuit that stayed is not renewed because 'the house is damp'. If it is renewed, the invoice swells and the wet luminaire remains. If the megohmmeter reading is under one megaohm, that circuit is not connected behind a new 30 mA Type A device. If it is above and the tail is clean, the device goes back. Type AC is not preferred for a water heater and a fridge that leave a pulsed current. Type A is written. The outdoor luminaire and the indoor socket are not left on the same device. The outdoor run is separated. If it is not, the next rain also drops the kitchen socket that was just cleaned. NYM is not left on an outdoor wall. If an outdoor run is needed, NYY and a gasketed body are used. Old indoor NYA is not extended outdoors before it is dry. An extension carries the closed season's film one metre further.

A house that left for winter with the device bridged leaves a body leak to the breaker in spring. The breaker does not see the leak that 30 mA sees. The water-heater body and the wet outdoor luminaire shock. The shock becomes the first complaint of opening day. The bridge wire is removed, not thrown away, and a note is written of its photograph and which tail it came off. A 30 mA Type A goes in its place, and only a way that passes the megohmmeter is connected. A way that does not pass is not put back behind the bridge. If it is put back, the new device trips as well and the caller asks for a bridge again. The bridge that is asked for is not written. What is written is which box held water. If the board cover stayed open through winter, the bar is rusty. The conductor is cut before a rusty screw is tightened. Tightened rust does not bring the contact back. A Schneider or Siemens enclosure is discussed in place of a summer-house case whose cover will not close only after the bar is cleaned. Screwing a new enclosure onto a dirty bar locks the damp inside.

The opening measurement does not end with one socket. The water heater, the outdoor luminaire, the fridge socket and the board bar are four lines. One being clean does not count the next as passed. In a summer house whose lower floor is at ground level, the skirting socket is below the water line. That socket is not left open because the upstairs socket is sound. If it is left, damp rising from the ground at night drops only that way, and the caller blames the whole device again. An earth rod on a sandy shore can read high. The reading is written. 'The summer house is earthed' is not said before that. A water pipe is not made into an earth. A high resistance is not a reason to bridge the device. The device is the remaining protection for a body leak when the resistance is high. The rod work is a separate line and can be a second appointment. The second appointment does not add a minute to opening day.

At the weekend the Silivri shore fills with the same complaint: we opened the door and the device tripped. Each house wants its own opening measurement. The measurement is not inherited from the previous house's bridge. A water-heater leak in Selimpaşa, water in a luminaire in Gümüşyaka and a skirting socket in Kavaklı are not the same parts list. The list is split on the phone. If the van leaves before that split, the device finished at the first house has taken the gasket the second house needs. A full Saturday is an appointment book for that reason, not a minute queue. The slot is said before setting off. The slot that is said does not shorten the road of the far shore. A night arrival is not written. A burning smell or a shock is moved forward in the book. Moving it forward is not tying a time to the shore road in the dark. On the phone, if there is a bridge, the instruction is not to touch it, to pull the water-heater plug, and not to reach into the outdoor luminaire with a bare hand. Those three sentences take the place of a night arrival that is not there.

A house that empties on Monday is not left inside the bridge made on Saturday. If it is left, a shock on Tuesday arrives after Monday's journey. The appointment writes the work that will close before the return: was the bridge removed, which way was separated, is the outdoor run on a separate device. An unwritten return opens the same door again the next weekend. The BEDAŞ seal sits outside this list. If the meter is cold and the neighbouring summer house is dark too, the report belongs to the distribution company. If one house's device is tripping and the neighbour is lit, the side after the meter is ours. The two situations get mixed in the Saturday crowd. So they do not mix, the first line of the paper is the neighbour's light. If the light is there, the argument about the seal does not grow. If it does not grow, the slot does not spill into a night arrival that is not there.

The opening measurement of a house closed through winter sits in the finding band. Putting a 30 mA Type A in place of a bridged device sits in the device band. A gasketed socket and an outdoor luminaire sit in the socket and lighting band. If an air-conditioning circuit is to be pulled separately, it has its own band. If the board enclosure is to change, it sits in the board band. The 2026 figures are labour excluding materials: finding 750-1,500 TL, a breaker or residual-current device 1,250-3,200 TL, a socket or light 650-2,800 TL, an air-conditioning circuit 2,400-5,500 TL, a board 6,500-16,000 TL. Changing all four sources at once is not adding four bands without measuring. The tripping way is found and the others stay. The NYY metre is not buried inside the band. The metre is measured on the outdoor wall. The survey comes off the job if the repair is accepted. The binding figure is written after measurement and before work starts. Workmanship is guaranteed for one year. That year is not permission to spend the next winter closed and bridged. A minute figure is not inside the band.

The far shore does not put a night surcharge on top of the band. What is put is the slot said before setting off. The slot and the band are not mixed. If they are mixed, a finding job is written onto the board band because the road is long. It is not written that way. Finding ends when the tripping way is found. The board enclosure does not change before the way is found. An enclosure change is discussed if there is bar rust and a cover that will not close. The discussion is after measurement. Weekend haste does not break that order. If it breaks it, a device fitted on Saturday still stands beside a water heater that is bridged on Monday. The guarantee does not cover that water heater's body leak. What covers it is pulling the plug and reading the element separately. If the reading is not on the paper, the job is not counted as finished.
