On a ground floor by the lake the terminal sweats, the insulation falls, and the 30 mA device trips before sunrise. That trip is not passed off as a sensitive device. The circuit is left dead, the damp tail is cut back, and the branch is separated with a 500 V megohmmeter. What is under one megaohm is not connected to a new device until it is renewed. On the lake side, protection goes back as 30 mA Type A if the circuit is sound. A Type AC unit can miss the pulsating residual of an inverter air conditioner fitted later. A new Halkalı block is an evening fault, the opposite of this morning damp. The induction hob, the dishwasher and the living-room air conditioner were placed on one phase. A True-RMS clamp, with the units and the hob on, writes L1 full and the other phases empty. If the meter output is sound on three phases, the pile-up is after the seal and the phases are separated. If all three phases are low in front of the meter, that line goes to BEDAŞ. Halkalı amperes are not written on the lake paper, and the lake megger reading is not written on the Halkalı paper.

On a Halkalı residence board, LED drivers and inverter air conditioners gather harmonics in the neutral. Neutral current can pass the fullest phase. An average clamp writes that low, and a True-RMS clamp puts the neutral on its own line. If the neutral bar is loose, one flat flares and the neighbour dies. The screw is tightened, and if the section is thin the neutral is enlarged. Heat is not hidden by enlarging a phase breaker. Whichever Schneider or Siemens series is on the block is the series that is kept. The brand is not carried by force onto the old board by the lake. By the lake the job is to finish the green terminal and the fallen insulation. In Halkalı the job is to correct the phases and the neutral section. If the intercom and the cameras in Halkalı were piled on the kitchen phase, they are separated. If an outdoor camera adapter on the lake shore is leaking from damp, that adapter is not left behind the residence device. It is moved to its own breaker. In the two stocks the aim is not the same sentence.

Sefaköy columns are thin and jointed. When the roof space was turned into a room, the line was extended upward and the joint was left with tape inside a box. The tape has dried, the screw has loosened, and when the market or the estate agent on the ground floor loads up in the evening the lamp on the upper floor flares. This flare is not the harmonic neutral of Halkalı. Here the common neutral section is small and the joint resistance is high. The reading is written at the flat intake as phase-to-neutral, phase-to-earth and neutral-to-earth. If the neutral opens, phase-to-neutral voltage rises, the fridge and the television are at risk, and the plugs come out. If the joint can be reached, the carbonised NYA tail is cut back and the remaining copper is returned to a terminal. For a joint that cannot be reached, the column plaster is not broken at random. With the manager, a new NYM route, or NYY where it is needed, is chosen in the stair. Old NYA is not left taped to new NYM in the same box.

In Sefaköy the air conditioner was added later onto the socket branch. If that branch is 1.5 or 2.5 mm², the unit is given its own circuit, and the breaker rating is not taken above the section. An induction hob in this stock is rarely a factory circuit. A portable hob fed from a socket, standing on the same way as the washer and the air conditioner, drops that way in the evening. The hob is written as its own way and the air conditioner as its own way. A 30 mA Type A device is fitted if the old NYA insulation is sound. If the insulation is low, the circuit comes first and the device after. If the bell transformer inside the board is warm, the bell leaves the socket circuit. A camera supply is not piled onto the bell pair. In Sefaköy the cameras need their own breaker, because the bell transformer's night heat feeds socket carbon. A residence intercom bus like the one in Halkalı is not looked for here. Here there is a thin bell pair, and a joint is not made as if a bus existed.

The first line of the measurement paper is the stock. Amperes carry no meaning until lake, Halkalı or Sefaköy is written. On the lake the megger reading and the colour of the tail stand, in Halkalı the current of the three phases and the neutral current, in Sefaköy whether the joint could be reached. Whether the seal is intact and whether the meter body is warm sit in the margin of the same sheet. We do not open the seal. If the meter side is warm, the company report is one thing and the inside of the flat cover is our work. The riser belongs to the building. In Sefaköy the common joint, in Halkalı the neutral bar, and on the lake the wet ground-floor riser are chosen with the manager. The owner does not have the common screw undone alone. Even if the three stocks fall on the same day's round, the three approvals are separate. One's damp socket is not written as another's phase distribution.

Cameras and the intercom are on a separate circuit in all three stocks, and the reason changes with the stock. In Halkalı the recorder has its own breaker so it does not carry the neutral heat of the induction phase. In Sefaköy the bell pair leaves the socket so the bell transformer does not feed socket carbon, and the cameras are not added to that pair. On the lake shore the adapter is moved to its own way so an outdoor camera leaking from damp does not drop the flat's device. In all three the kitchen socket is not used for this job. A Cat6 end is not closed before it passes a tester. A joint left because the picture came up goes dark the same week in the lake humidity and in a Sefaköy box. A duct is not opened to break the tile of the lake elevation or the sound plaster of Sefaköy.

Küçükçekmece is worked by appointment. A shock on the lake, arcing in Sefaköy and a burning neutral in Halkalı are brought forward the same day. The lake road and the Halkalı metro surroundings are not the same duration, so a minute figure is never set. Before setting off, the technician asks which stock it is. Material that leaves for the wrong stock stretches the job on site. The 2026 labour band excludes materials: finding 750-1,500 TL, a breaker or a 30 mA Type A device 1,250-3,200 TL, a socket 650-2,800 TL, a dedicated air-conditioning or hob circuit 2,400-5,500 TL, a flat board 6,500-16,000 TL. Cutting an NYA tail sits inside finding. New NYM, NYY and the device body sit outside. Stair trunking in Sefaköy, phase distribution in Halkalı and renewal of a wet branch on the lake are not the same figure. The figure is agreed after the stock line and the reading are written.

The survey comes off the labour if the repair is accepted. The binding amount is on paper before a screwdriver turns. Workmanship is one year, and it applies to the joint we made, the bar we tightened and the branch we pulled. The lake working into another socket the next winter is not the year of a circuit that was not measured. A Halkalı estate transformer and the sealed meter sit outside this year. In Sefaköy a joint that was left unreached, without breaking plaster, also sits outside the year, and it stands on the paper as not reached. A cover closed without writing not reached is the subject of the next call. The three stocks are not closed with a one-sentence price.
