In a new block around the airport the board looks clean. A clean cover does not show that the neutral bar was tightened. If a screw was left half a turn short, the lamp flares under the evening load, the socket voltage wanders, and the caller asks for this as the mains. The reading is written at the flat intake: phase-to-neutral, phase-to-earth, neutral-to-earth. If neutral-to-earth is high and the neighbouring flat has the same flare, the riser neutral is chosen with the manager, because the line is the building's common property. If it wanders in one flat only, that flat's neutral screw is tightened. The side before the BEDAŞ seal is a separate line. We do not open the seal. In a new building the balcony socket is also left with its cover open and its gasket half done. Rain trips the fresh 30 mA device. The device is not bridged. The balcony circuit is separated from the indoor circuits and put on its own 30 mA Type A unit. The wet tail is cut. The clamp writes whether the air conditioner and the oven were piled on the same way. A 1.5 mm² conductor is not taken above 16 amperes. A new building does not justify a thin run. If the section is short the cable changes, and the ampere label is not inflated.

In a new flat every wet room has been piled onto one device. The bathroom, the balcony, the kitchen and sometimes the built-in appliances sit behind the same 30 mA unit. When one leaks, all of them go dark. Separating them is not upsizing the unit. The leaking way is read with a megohmmeter, and under one megaohm it is not connected back. A sound way stays as it is. If there is underfloor heating or a towel heater, that way is written separately. 'The new building is sound' is not said before that. A Schneider or Siemens enclosure is discussed in place of a site board whose cover will not close only after the loose neutral on the bar is tightened. Screwing a new brand onto a dirty or loose bar locks the flare inside. This housing job is not done with the warehouse contactor's parts. The warehouse stock is not carried into the flat. If it is carried, a thermal overload goes in place of the balcony socket and the flat still goes dark.

If a whole new residence goes dark at once, the flat neutral is not hunted. If the meter is cold, the report belongs to BEDAŞ. If the seal is sound and the cover is warm, the company line is opened and the flat board stays separate on the same paper. If one flat flares and the neighbour is calm, the screw belongs to that flat. The road around the airport does not squeeze this split into a minute. The call is written in the appointment book. The slot is said before setting off. A burning smell or a shock is moved forward in the book. Moving it forward is not quoting a time that cannot be held in the traffic of the airport road. On the phone the balcony socket's plug is pulled and the instruction is not to touch the board cover with a wet hand. A warehouse call is not squeezed into the same slot. If it is squeezed, the flat neutral and the leveller contactor go into the same bag and both stay half done.

In the new housing the labour stands on a separate line from the warehouse job. Standing apart is not doubling the price. The same 2026 band is written with a different fault line. Flat finding sits in the finding band. A separate 30 mA for the balcony sits in the device band. A socket sits in the socket band. An air-conditioning circuit has its own band. A board enclosure sits in the enclosure band. Figures are not announced before measurement. What is announced is the band itself: 750-1,500 TL finding, 1,250-3,200 TL a breaker or device, 650-2,800 TL a socket or light, 2,400-5,500 TL an air-conditioning circuit, 6,500-16,000 TL a board. Materials are excluded. The survey comes off the job if the repair is accepted. The binding figure is written before work. Workmanship is one year. That year does not contain a clause that shortens the airport road.

A stopped line in a Hadımköy warehouse is not a dark room in a house. If the hydraulic dock leveller does not rise, the lorry does not unload. If the shutter stops halfway, the door does not close. If the conveyor is silent, the carton stays where it is. All three cost the warehouse. The starter of all three is often in the same panel: a contactor, a thermal overload, sometimes a small drive. The panel is read first. Which motor's thermal has tripped, which coil does not pull, which contact is burnt, is written. The thermal is not turned above the nameplate current. If it is turned, a jammed shaft burns the winding and the line still stops. The three phases are read separately with the clamp. If one is missing, the cable or the contact is hunted, and the motor is not counted as replaced. If the coil voltage is low, the contactor chatters. Chatter also comes from the length of the warehouse run. Then the conversation is the section, not the thermal. Even if the contactor is Schneider or Siemens, what is read is not the brand. It is the coil and the contact mark. A glass furnace, a compensation panel and a workshop bench are not written onto this panel. If they are written, the warehouse is turned into a factory that is not there.

If the electrical side looks sound and the machine is stopped, the coupling is looked at. The look is on the same visit. It does not invent a second trade. If the motor shaft is turning and the conveyor belt is stopped, the coupling may be free, the key may have come out, or the belt may have dropped. The thermal does not trip then, because the motor spins unloaded. Fitting a new thermal does not make the belt move. If the leveller motor hums and the platform does not rise, the coupling or the hydraulic link is being forced. On a forced shaft the current goes above the nameplate and the thermal trips. Raising the thermal that tripped hides the jam. If the shutter stops halfway, the limit tail and the coupling are read separately. If the limit has opened, the motor forces all the way to the end. If the coupling has stripped, the motor turns and the shutter does not come down. They are not the same fault. The technician reads the panel, the contactor, the thermal and the coupling on the same visit. Turning the coupling's gear on a lathe is not this visit's claim. The claim is to separate an electrical stop from a mechanical disconnect and to write for the warehouse which part stopped. The cost of a stopped line comes from the wrong thermal. The right line shortens the cost. Shortening it is not a promised minute. The warehouse is in the appointment book. The slot is said before setting off.

The house toward Bolluca and Terkos is neither the neutral of the new residence nor the conveyor of the warehouse. The socket cover is tired, it has yellowed, and the NYA tail is loose. A hot screw arcs, and the arc carbonises the Bakelite. The circuit is made dead, the carbonised tail is cut, and the remaining copper is read under load with a True-RMS clamp. A two-wire circuit has no earth. If a washing-machine body was bonded to a water pipe, the pipe is not counted as an earth. If there is a shock, the plug comes out. If there is no 30 mA Type A, the board work moves forward. This job is not mixed with the warehouse coupling. If it is mixed, a thermal overload is carried to the village socket and a socket cover is carried to the warehouse motor. Both are the wrong bag. At the appointment the address is asked: a Taşoluk flat, a Hadımköy warehouse, or a village house to the north. Three addresses are three slots. The airport road does not join these three slots in one time sentence. The BEDAŞ seal is not opened in any of the three. If the village is dark and the meter is cold, the report belongs to the company. If one socket is warm and the neighbour is lit, the side after the meter is ours.

The warehouse contactor and the village socket are two lines of the same price paper. They are not tied to the same invented minute fee. The 2026 band is labour excluding materials and is written after measurement. Fault finding is 750-1,500 TL, a contactor, a thermal or a residual-current device 1,250-3,200 TL, a socket or light 650-2,800 TL, an air-conditioning circuit 2,400-5,500 TL, a board 6,500-16,000 TL. Looking at the coupling does not invent a separate tariff. The look sits on the finding line of the same visit. Turning a gear on a lathe and overhauling a hydraulic pump are not inside this band, because that work is not this visit's claim. The NYY metre is measured inside the warehouse and is not buried inside the band. The survey comes off the job if the repair is accepted. The binding figure is on the paper before work starts. Workmanship is guaranteed for one year. Raising the thermal above the nameplate does not enter the guarantee. A minute is not inside this figure on the airport road or at the warehouse door.
