Bakırköy

In Yeşilköy and Florya the inside of the flat can be dry while the balcony and the garden are wet. Rain works into the balcony socket and into the garden-lighting box. Copper turns green, the screw holds a white dust, and NYA that was used outdoors cracks. The leakage crosses the threshold of a 30 mA Type A device. The living-room lamp and the room socket are sound at that moment. The first job is not a renewal of the whole installation. The device is not bridged. The threshold is not changed to a 100 mA or 300 mA unit. Personal protection stays at 30 mA. The fuse of the garden and balcony branch is switched off and the indoor sockets are read apart. The outdoor line is disconnected from plugs and lampholders and measured alone with a 500 V megohmmeter. An inverter air-conditioner board is removed before the test so 500 volts do not reach the board. If the indoor line is above one megaohm and the outdoor line is below it, only the outdoor line is renewed. Cracked NYA is not left outside. NYY is pulled in its place, the box closes with a gland, and the cover actually seats. Salt and rain fill again the inside of a cover that does not seat. The short repair indoors is in halogen-free trunking. Open trunking is not left on a balcony rail that faces the sea.

The isolator of a balcony air conditioner's outdoor unit sees the same salt. If the isolator cover has stayed ajar, the chassis shocks. If there is a shock, the plug and the isolator are switched down, and the chassis is not waved through with a dry cloth. If the earth conductor is open, the earth tail inside the NYY is terminated again. The earth is not clamped to the balcony iron or to a rainwater pipe. Iron is not an earth. A True-RMS clamp separates which way is drawing current after the rain. The megohmmeter separates which way has lost insulation. The two readings go on the same paper. When the small leakages of several garden fittings add up, the device trips even if no single lamp has failed. The fittings are disconnected one by one. The low lampholder is renewed and a sound indoor socket is not stripped out. Because an inverter air conditioner carries pulsed leakage, the device stays Type A. The rain is not silenced by raising the threshold. If there is a burning smell or a shock, the balcony line is moved to the front of the same day. A rain-only trip, with no smell, is opened on the appointment day, and the device is not left bridged. The sealed meter is not touched. If the voltage ahead of the meter is low, the line goes to BEDAŞ.

In Ataköy blocks the flat board is often orderly and an earth has been pulled. The fault sits less in the flat's indoor socket than in garden lighting and an estate cleaning socket added later by the site. That addition may have been tied to a spare tail of the lighting pair or to a thin 1.5 mm² way. When the garden stays on all night the thin line heats. The heat also throws suspicion on a sound socket indoors. The reading is written apart with the estate way off and on. The estate way is separated when the flat's current falls. A 1.5 mm² line does not go above 16 amperes. If the garden fitting and the cleaning socket do not fit that section, the line is renewed in NYY and is not jointed onto the flat's NYA. A joint is not left under the plaster with tape. If the cover of the estate box will not close, the gland and the cover are completed. Halogen-free trunking is used in an indoor corridor if it is needed. The part that will be buried in garden soil is not trunking. The power tail that will be buried is NYY. If Cat6 is pulled for an estate camera, it is not crushed on top of the power line in the same trench and it is not tied to the lighting pair. The ends are proved with a cable tester. They are not left because a picture appeared.

In Ataköy an earth does not close a garden leak by itself. The earth shows the leak to the device. If the device trips, the earth is doing its work. A bridge silences that work and leaves the chassis open. The estate manager is left a written note of which block, which garden way, and how many megaohms were read. The riser belongs to the building. A single socket inside a flat is not mixed with the estate garden's materials. The side before the meter seal is the BEDAŞ line. The side after the seal, the line entering the flat and the estate way, is our work. We do not open the seal. If the meter cover is hot and the seal is intact, the company is called. The flat board stays on its own line the same day. A Schneider or Siemens DIN breaker, if the estate way is to be separated, is chosen with a breaking capacity matched to the board. If the old line is low on the megohmmeter, the new breaker does not feed rotten insulation. A high-ceiling flat in the centre and an Ataköy estate are not the same board. The centre's rewirable fuse is not written onto the estate paper.

In the centre of Bakırköy the ground-floor load is not an evening service. In Kartaltepe and Zeytinlik the bakery opens at dawn, and the pharmacy window and the household-goods counter open with the day. The riser is a 1960 or 1970 section. Two-wire NYA sockets remain in the upper flats. An earth may not have been pulled. When the bakery element and the counter lighting are added onto the house riser, the terminal heats toward noon. The screw loosens and the Bakelite blackens. The call arrives as a burnt socket. A cover does not close over the carbon. The circuit is made dead, the carbonised NYA tail is cut, and the remaining copper is read with a True-RMS clamp with the bakery on and off. If the current is above the section, the breaker rating is not raised. A 1.5 mm² line stays at 16 amperes. The bakery branch leaves the flat branch on the board after the meter. The split is not moved ahead of the seal. If a washer chassis shocks on a two-wire circuit, the plug comes out. A water pipe is not made into an earth. If there is no 30 mA Type A device, the board moves forward. The device is not bridged so the bakery keeps running. If cloth insulation has turned to dust, the line goes into halogen-free trunking on the inner stair wall, and the facade is not broken.

A rewirable board can still be seen on a centre stair. Fitting a thicker wire each time a fuse opens is preparation for a fire. Before the change, the room each fuse feeds is written down. If a 500 V megohmmeter shows under one megaohm, that branch is not landed on a Schneider or Siemens DIN breaker until it is renewed. The board moves into a flame-retardant enclosure. The cooker, the bakery socket and the air conditioner are not left on the same 16 ampere way. If the neutral bar is shared and the screw is small, the lamp flares under the noon load. The reading is written at the flat intake: phase-to-neutral, phase-to-earth, neutral-to-earth. Above 180 volts the plugs come out. The riser screw is chosen with the manager. The side before the seal is BEDAŞ, and the side after the seal is ours to tighten. The same paper records which floor drew how many amperes. Garden and balcony oxide is not written on this paper as a centre fault. In the centre the fault is on the indoor riser. On the shore the fault is on the outdoor line. The materials of the two are not mixed. A camera is not tied to the lighting pair in the centre. Cat6 goes in its own trunk. A short wet tail is NYY if it must be, and it is not a data cable.

The 2026 bands are labour excluding materials, and in Bakırköy they move on site. Fault finding sits in the 750-1,500 TL band. A 500 V megohmmeter test that separates the garden line from the indoor line, and a True-RMS reading, sit inside that band. A breaker or residual-current device sits in the 1,250-3,200 TL band. A 30 mA Type A unit and a Schneider or Siemens DIN breaker enter that band. A device that raises the threshold is not written. A socket or a light sits in the 650-2,800 TL band. One green balcony socket and a whole flat are not the same item. An air-conditioning circuit sits in the 2,400-5,500 TL band. A balcony inverter is not added onto an old 16 ampere way. A flat board sits in the 6,500-16,000 TL band. A rewirable board in the centre is what that band covers. In Ataköy, separating a single garden way is not forced into the board band if the board has not carbonised. The survey fee comes off the job if the repair is accepted. The binding figure is written after measurement and before work starts. Workmanship is guaranteed for one year. NYY, NYA, halogen-free trunking and Cat6 sit outside as materials. Work on the sealed meter is outside the band.

A Bakırköy call is written in the appointment book. A burning smell, arcing or a shock is moved to the front of the same day. If there is no smell and no shock, a garden trip after rain stays on the appointment day that was named. A jam on the bridge and on the shore road does not enter this book as a minute figure. The technician states any tariff difference on the phone before setting off. The one-year workmanship guarantee belongs to that job. The term does not change because of a wait on the bridge. If the bell transformer is hot, the bell circuit leaves the socket circuit. A camera is not piled onto the entry phone's thin pair. Garden oxide is not written onto a centre fuse, and the centre's loose neutral is not written onto a balcony gland. If the meter cover is warm and the seal is intact, the company is called separately.
