Cancellation and Fee Policy

Changing your mind after opening a call is normal. This document states in advance which fee arises at which moment, so no surprise line item appears at the door.
Free Cancellation
Cancellations made before the technician sets out are free. If you cancel after dispatch, only a travel charge arises, and that amount is stated up front according to the district of the call. If the address is reached and nobody is there, the same travel charge applies.
The Survey Fee and Its Deduction
A survey is instrumented work: current with a True-RMS clamp, insulation resistance with a megohmmeter and, where needed, hot spots with a thermal camera. That is why it carries a fee. If you award us the repair, the survey fee is deducted from the job total. If the measurements show no repair is needed, only the survey fee is charged and the readings are left with you in writing.
Night, Weekend and Holiday Tariff
The emergency line is open 24/7. Outside working hours, at night and on public holidays the labour tariff differs, and that difference is stated on the phone when the call is opened rather than added as a surprise on site. No work starts on any item you have not approved; no board cover is opened before written approval.
