In a house on the Pierre Loti slope the socket is two-wire. Phase and neutral are there. A protective conductor is not inside the plaster. When a metal sconce or a washer body comes to the hand, the tingle starts. The tingle is not waved off as 'static'. The plug comes out, and voltage between the body and a real earth point is read with a True-RMS meter. A water pipe or a radiator clamp does not count as that point. A pipe can look like a path for leakage, then it breaks that path at a joint. The protective conductor is pulled in halogen-free trunking together with the renewed cable and lands on the earth bar in the board. Historic plaster is not broken so that an earth can exist. The trunk stays on the surface and does not cut the masonry face. In Düğmeciler and İslambey the bathroom box collects the slope's damp. Damp lowers the insulation. A piece that does not show one megaohm on a 500 V megohmmeter does not see voltage. That piece is renewed in the trunk. It is not pushed back inside the wall with the old NYA. In Nişanca, if a chandelier tube has been used in place of a conductor, the tube comes off and the chandelier is landed on its own NYA pair and a separate protective tail.

On the Defterdar side, if kitchen and bathroom have stayed on the same two-wire circuit, the circuit is split. The washer, the cooker and the lighting are not piled on one 16 ampere way. If the conductor is 1.5 mm², the breaker does not go above 16 amperes. If the section is short, the NYA is renewed inside the trunk. A new breaker is not fitted before insulation is proved. A 30 mA Type A residual-current device comes in after the protective conductor has landed on the bar and the megohmmeter has said the line is sound. The device is not put in place of earth. A device fitted before the earth is pulled sees some frame leakage and misses some. A person describes that as 'it shocks sometimes'. If it shocks sometimes, the plug comes out, the conductor is completed, then the device comes. If an old box in the masonry wall has carbonised, the tail is cut back and the remaining copper is checked under load with a True-RMS clamp. If the load is larger than the line can carry, appliances are reduced. A larger ampere rating is not the repair. On the damp plaster of the Pierre Loti hill an open joint is not left. A cover goes on and the mouth of the trunk is closed.

A flat in Alibeyköy and Güzeltepe is not the two-wire circuit of a historic house. A board was fitted, a rail is there, but the earth bar is empty, or the single green-yellow tail from the bathroom never landed on the bar. The tail was cut in the ceiling and left with the words 'there was no earth'. A tail left that way leads both to a device that trips at night and to a frame that tingles. The tail is followed first. If it is cut in the ceiling, it is completed to the bar in halogen-free trunking. A sound wall is not broken to drop plaster. In Akşemsettin and Emniyettepe a bridge across the device is seen. The bridge was put there because a bathroom fan or a damp socket caused trips. The bridge comes off. Fan and socket are separated with a 500 V megohmmeter. A 30 mA Type A device returns on the sound line. The rotten one is renewed. In Karadolap, if a balcony closed in later was made into a room and the room was tied to an old socket, that room is given its own way. Piling load on the old socket does not stand in for filling the empty bar.

If the Alibeyköy board has burnt, the body moves into a flame-retardant modular box. Breakers are chosen from Schneider or Siemens DIN rail, and the ampere rating is written to the conductor section. The cooker and the washer are not left on the same way. An air conditioner added later is not bridged onto the end of the bathroom circuit. An air conditioner wants its own circuit. The labour band for that circuit, excluding materials, is the 2,400-5,500 TL range, and it is fixed only once the route is measured. The flat's internet is not tied to the old NYA pair. Cat6 goes in its own trunk, stays away from the socket line, and the ends are not left before a tester shows the pairs. A camera supply is not added on top of the data pair. The masonry repair in the historic core and the empty bar in Alibeyköy are not written on the same work order. Even if the two stocks sit side by side on the same day, their papers are separate. One is surface trunking and an earth that never existed. The other is a green-yellow tail that existed and was never landed.

In a Göktürk villa the living room is dry and the garden socket is wet. When a 30 mA Type A residual-current device drops in the rain, the house goes dark. The caller finds the device sensitive and asks for a bridge. A bridge leaves a wet body on a socket above the grass. The fault is not sensitivity. The outdoor socket's gasket is tired, the gland has loosened, or a joint has stayed under the soil. The socket is dried, the cover and gasket are renewed, and the gland is tightened so that it holds the NYY sheath fully. The joint is not left buried. A joint stands only in a box that can be reached. If the box cover is missing, damp walks into the cable and the megohmmeter result falls. A 500 V megohmmeter does not close the garden way again before drying and the gasket work are finished. A garden piece that does not show one megaohm does not see voltage. That piece is replaced. The house's internal branches leave the garden way. So that rain does not also kill the villa's fridge, the garden sits on its own device and its own breaker. If the inside is sound, the inside device stays up in the rain.

If the garden NYY is long, the voltage at the board and the socket at the foot of the fence are not the same. A True-RMS clamp writes both ends. If the drop at the far end is large, the section is short. Raising the breaker does not remove the drop. It heats the end. The cable is renewed for the measured length. The new NYY is not threaded through socket NYA. If garden lighting and the outdoor socket meet at the same end, they are split. A lighting fault should not travel to the socket, and socket damp should not travel to the living room. The villa's data cable is not pushed into this NYY pipe. Cat6 goes on a separate route and the ends are proved on a tester. If a camera is to be fed from the garden, the supply is on its own thin line. The data pair does not carry power. Before the route is dug, the place where the existing NYY is jointed is found. A blind dig opens a second leak on a sound cable. When the work is finished the outdoor socket is not tested with a wet cloth. The test, after the gasketed cover is closed and the megohmmeter result is on paper, is the device itself.

In the masonry house and in the Göktürk villa alike, the meter cover is not opened with a screwdriver. The seal is the BEDAŞ limit. If the meter body is hot or the seal wire is broken, the report belongs to the distribution company. A new wire is not fitted by us in place of a broken one. After the meter, the work is the protective conductor inside the trunk in the historic house, the green-yellow tail landing on the empty bar in Alibeyköy, and the board end of the garden NYY in the villa. All three are after the meter, and all three are written on separate lines. If the neighbouring buildings are dark and the meter is cold, the problem is in distribution. If only the garden socket is dead and the living room is up, the fault is on the garden way. If only a metal sconce tingles and the neighbouring house is lit, the fault is a missing earth. This split is not mixed up at the door. The masonry on the Golden Horn side and the villa on the Göktürk hill are not put in the same sentence about duration. Both are appointments. A minute is written neither to the bridge nor to the hill.

The 2026 schedule is a labour band, not materials. Separating a fault is 750-1,500 TL, a breaker or a residual-current device 1,250-3,200 TL, a socket 650-2,800 TL, an air-conditioning circuit 2,400-5,500 TL, a board 6,500-16,000 TL. The figure is fixed once the garden NYY length, the trunk length on the masonry wall, and the green-yellow tail completed in the Alibeyköy ceiling have been measured. Materials, NYY, NYA, the device and the box are outside the band. The measurement fee comes off the total once the job is accepted. The workmanship guarantee covers one year and covers the stock that was measured. Even in the same guarantee sentence, the garden gasket and the historic house's trunk are separate lines. A burning smell, a spark and a shock, villa rain and masonry tingle, are brought to the front of the same day. A waiting lamp job stays behind them. Any difference in the tariff is said on the phone before the technician leaves. At the door, no word is given that rounds the two stocks into one figure.
