The rain queue does not loosen the conduit; UV breaks it. This is not a Yayalar W-Otomat bar; that note sits in the indoor box. This is not Ahmet Yesevi süzme neutral. This is not Doğu sıfırlama. This is not a Dumlupınar voltage peak. This is not an Esenyalı shaft kolon; a facade conduit is not 3x6 mm. This is not a Zümrütevler aerial tension wire; surface PVC is not an eave. This is not Güzelyalı salt IP; a rain junction is not a balcony. Here the kroseli line and IP65 are split. If three-phase sits the label is read. Schneider iC60, Siemens 5SL and Legrand RX3 torque the same job differently. If an IP65 body sits the label is read; a dwelling B-curve MCB will not carry a rain şasi. A soft starter and a VFD are not invented on a facade conduit. Rapid-urbanization stock is DOL dwelling plus rain load, not an MCC.

In Sülüntepe, heavy crystal and architectural luminaires are often hung from an old plaster plug or the junction box hook in the ceiling. Even if that fixing carries the static load it loosens under vibration and risks falling; before installation the ceiling structure is checked and a heavy-duty steel expansion anchor set into structural concrete. On plasterboard the load is never taken by the board itself but transferred to the carrying profile or the slab above.

LED spot drivers and dimmer modules buried in unventilated ceiling voids overheat, burn out and give off a scorched odour. They are relocated to an accessible ventilated recess and replaced with original, surge-protected drivers. In Sülüntepe installations with no neutral at the switch box, fitting a smart switch makes LED lamps glow faintly while off because of ghost current; the lasting fix is pulling a neutral from the nearest junction box, as a bypass capacitor is only a temporary patch.

In the older stock of Sülüntepe a ceramic screw-in fuse board still sits in the hall cupboard. These boards contain no residual current device at all, so protection against electric shock is zero; the fuse melts and welds into its base under overload, fails to clear a short circuit and the body carbonises over time. The sockets usually have no earth either, with the neutral pin bridged to the earth terminal.

The old board is removed entirely and a flame-retardant modular DIN-rail enclosure installed: an independent Type C breaker per room, dedicated circuits for kitchen and bathroom, and a 30 mA Type A residual current device plus a Type 2 surge arrester at the intake. Flat sub-boards use a minimum 6kA breaking capacity and building intakes 10kA. Where a Sülüntepe address has no earth, a solid copper electrode is driven, its resistance measured with a digital earth tester and the socket jumpers removed one by one.
