Pendik district
Fatih 24/7 emergency electrician. In this Pendik neighbourhood we respond without a minute promise to midnight breaker tripping, residual current device faults, burnt sockets and consumer unit failures. In apartment and complex stock, saturated kitchen circuits, bathroom water heater runs and riser overheating are measured on site. Certified technicians, faults proven with a True-RMS clamp meter and a megohmmeter, written price approval and an official 1 year workmanship guarantee.

The steam queue does not loosen the klemens; wet chassis burns. This is not an Esenler receiver. This is not an Orta dowel screw. This is not a Yeni built-in tap. This is not a Yeşilbağlar T-plug. This is not a Bahçelievler ceiling transformer. Here the karolam, the chassis and the 12 V isolated transformer are split. If three-phase sits the label is read. Schneider iC60, Siemens 5SL and Legrand RX3 torque the same job differently. If a 30 mA body sits the label is read; a dwelling B-curve MCB will not carry a wet metal ceiling. A soft starter and a VFD are not invented on bathroom karolam. Old renovation stock is DOL dwelling plus steam load, not an MCC.

Pendik's Fatih Mahallesi is one of the district's densest residential areas, terraced and tightly built. Because the gaps between buildings are very short and the walls thin, using a drill or breaker after 22:00 is not neighbourly or practical. On night calls, therefore, fault location is done entirely by silent means: branches are separated one by one at the board, measured with a megohmmeter, and the route followed with an inductive cable tracer and a FLIR thermal imager.
Once the faulty leg is isolated, the refrigerator, boiler and lighting are restored within the first ten minutes and the rest of the home runs safely. If the concealed run is permanently broken, a temporary safe line is installed overnight on the surface in fire-retardant trunking and the noisy permanent work booked for the next working day. Because the narrow streets in Fatih Mahallesi can lengthen the walk from where the van parks, the arrival time is given to the customer honestly.

If breakers trip in Fatih when the air conditioners start on a summer evening, the first job is measuring inrush with a clamp meter. In most flats the units hang off a socket circuit and peak at thirty-five to forty amperes on start-up; the existing C16 breaker sees that surge thermally and opens. Enlarging the breaker is not the answer, because it leaves the 2.5 mm² cable unprotected and raises the fire risk.
The correct installation runs a dedicated circuit from the board to the outdoor unit: 3x2.5 or 3x4 mm² according to power, a C20 or C25 motor characteristic breaker and its own residual current device. In multi-split flats like those in Fatih, all three phase currents and the neutral are read separately and loads redistributed across the busbar, because air conditioning clustered on one phase heats the neutral terminal to around one hundred and sixty degrees. The interconnecting cable is specified screened and the condensate line is never routed below a socket.
In Fatih buildings without a protective earth it is common to find the neutral pin bridged to the earth terminal inside the socket. With that arrangement, the moment the upstream neutral loosens, 220 V phase potential energises the washing machine, dishwasher and oven chassis, and anyone touching the steel sink and the appliance together is placed across the mains. Diagnosis is simple: the voltage between neutral and earth is measured at the outlet, and anything above a few volts points to a jumper.
Where the building has a common earth, a 16 mm² protective conductor is pulled from the flat board to the main board; otherwise a solid copper electrode is driven into the garden or basement floor. Resistance is measured with a digital earth tester and, if the 2 Ohm target is missed, an extra rod is driven or bentonite backfill applied. Each socket is then opened and every jumper removed, and chassis continuity on metal-bodied appliances such as washing machines and dishwashers is measured to confirm they are genuinely bonded to the protective conductor.
No. Bridging is a breach of the trade. First the karolam, the clamp and the 12 V isolated transformer are read. A 220 V GU10 is not an RCD bridge.
There is no fixed minute. Istanbul 24/7. Arrival depends on the karolam / D-100 queue. A 30-minute claim is not invented.
No. An ATS, MV, smart-home, EV-charger, TOKİ or UPS product page is not opened. Old renovation is DOL dwelling plus steam load.
Istanbul 24/7. Approved certified technician network. Arrival depends on the karolam / D-100 queue. Karolam is the first queue here.
This page is not a chandelier product page. The survey is karolam, 220 V GU10, steam and a 12 V isolated transformer.
We have no fixed shop; ElektrikçiGO is a mobile, service-area team working on site across Pendik. The call lands on the phone, an appointment is set and the technician comes to your address. When they depart, their name, vehicle plate and a live tracking link are shared so you know in advance who is at your door. The survey is done on site and the binding figure written after measurement.
Yes. Parts fitted carry the manufacturer's warranty and the workmanship an official 1 year ElektrikçiGO guarantee. On completion the brand and model of switchgear used, the measured insulation and earth resistance values and the trip time of the 30 mA device are written onto a signed service report and handed to the customer. A copy is kept on file so values can be compared at the next inspection.
Service covers the neighborhoods of Istanbul's 39 districts. Not the whole of Turkey. A survey is not a binding quote.
