Göçbeyli lies in the northern part of Pendik that keeps its rural character, and water here is often supplied by a well pump and booster set. When these motors are protected with a domestic Type B breaker, inrush trips it needlessly; raise the rating and the motor winding is left unprotected and burns out. Because the pump circuit runs underground, sheath damage is also a frequent source of leakage and the device will not hold after rain.

The junction box is dried and encapsulated in dielectric silicone gel, and an IP44 moisture-proof luminaire plus a run-on timer extract fan dry out the root cause of the condensation.
