The D-100 / Yakacık queue does not loosen the gland; damp swells the timber back. This is not Karlıktepe slope condensation; that note sits on a steep kot. This is not Petrol İş porcelain; that note sits indoors. This is not a Çavuşoğlu broken neutral; a timber back does not drop 380 V onto the socket. Here a wooden table and a corroded kofra entry are fire risk. The Orhantepe earth plate sits on that note; an equipotential bar is not a 1970 coast hall. Esentepe office circuit sits on that note; a meter board is not a laser printer. If three-phase sits the label is read. Schneider iC60, Siemens 5SL and Legrand RX3 torque the same job differently. If a halogen-free sheet-steel box or a polycarbonate body sits the label is read; a dwelling plastic box will not carry a timber fire. A soft starter and a VFD are not invented on a meter board; rooted stock is DOL dwelling load, not an MCC.

In Yukarı, a deformed socket plate, crackling from inside the box or a sharp plastic odour is a definite sign the terminal has begun to melt, and that outlet must be taken out of service immediately. The cause is almost always a loose screw connection: current crossing the contact resistance carbonises the copper, resistance climbs further and the terminal passes 200 degrees, melting the cable insulation. A FLIR thermal sweep finds the point without opening the wall.

The repair cuts blackened conductor ends back to clean copper, replaces the back-box and closes junctions with Wago 221 lever terminals rather than twists or tape. At heavy points such as a kitchen counter, an unbroken TSE-certified 3x2.5 mm² solid copper cable is pulled from the board and each major appliance given its own breaker. All screw connections are tightened with a calibrated screwdriver to between 2.5 and 3.5 Nm; hand tightening leaves an invisible slackness and the fault returns at the same point.

In Yukarı, leaving the modem in the living room weakens the signal in every other room. The lasting fix is pulling Cat6 data runs from the modem point to the rooms and mounting RJ45 data outlets on the wall; each run is verified with a cable tester and labelled. On a fibre subscription the distance between the ONT and the distribution point is kept short, and the fibre is never bent around sharp turns because going below the minimum bend radius degrades the signal permanently.

Low-voltage and mains wiring are never squeezed into the same conduit. If Cat6 and NYM run side by side in one pipe, electromagnetic noise from the mains couples into the data line and dropouts begin; those dropouts are not a breaker fault and replacing the board will not cure them. At Yukarı addresses data runs go in separate trunking or at least twenty centimetres away, and camera and intercom circuits are fed from their own 12-18 V leg.
