Slope water runs into the meter niche. This is not Kordonboyu balcony salt; that note sits on the coast. This is not Topselvi E-5 vibration on a gland; that note sits on the fason branch. Here slope condensation swells the porcelain holder, the screw loosens, the bakelite darkens. If the gland is loose, moisture runs onto the NYY lug; that moisture is not coast salt, it is slope seepage and stair dust.
