The temperature controller, in most shops, is an ENDA or a small PID. When its output LED goes out, heater current must be zero too. A clamp goes on the heater conductor while that LED is dark. If current is read, the path is inside the SSR; even a healthy heater is still being fed. Changing the heater leaves the stuck SSR in place and the new heater boils as well. If the SSR body is screwed to the rail with no heatsink, it also sticks from its own heat. The heatsink and thermal paste are part of the body change, not an accessory left for later. If the controller probe has fallen out of the pot, the display reads low and the controller keeps calling for heat; that is the opposite of a stuck SSR. Whether the probe is in its well, and whether the clamp sees current, are written on two separate lines.
The right order is this: mains, fuse, mechanical over-temperature cutout, SSR, heater. The cutout is a thermostat touching the pot body, not an electronic part. If the glue passes 220 degrees its contact opens and the heater goes quiet even if the SSR stays conducting. On many machines this cutout has been bridged, because once a cold pot refused to hold the tape. The bridge is the reason for the smoke. The bridge comes off, the cutout's opening temperature is read from the label, and it is confirmed to sit above the glue's working temperature and below the pot's burning limit. If there is no cutout, a new one goes in series. A cutout wired in parallel cuts nothing.

An edge bander trims MDF. Fine dust walks into the contactor through the place where the cabinet gasket has died. When the pole face pits, contact resistance rises, that spot glows, and the dust takes a spark. Blowing the cabinet with compressed air lifts the dust into the air and, if there is a glow, grows the flame. The electrician vacuums, narrow nozzle, power off. After vacuuming, the poles are looked at. If there is a pit, the body changes; it is not dressed with a file. A file wrecks the face further and the same glow is back next shift. If the coil is 24 V, a 230 V body is not fitted. If the hole the dust entered stays open after the body change, the new contactor is the same within a month. The hole is either closed with a gasket or the contactor moves into a second box outside the dust.
The dust fan wants a motor of its own, separate from the edge bander. If the fan thermal has tripped and someone bridged it, the fan burns, extraction ends, and the cabinet fills in an hour. If the fan motor has burnt, the body changes, the bridge comes off, and the thermal goes back to the label current. If the extraction hose is crushed, there is no electrical fault; the hose is written down and the contactor is not changed for nothing. If the fan and the banding motor share one contactor, a fan fault also stops the tape and the operator blames the glue. They are split. This split is not the brush split on a glass line; here there is no water, there is combustible dust.

The last half metre on the pot is the silicone or glass-braid tail that came with the machine. The moment that tail ends, on the cool side of the cabinet, ordinary conductor begins. Taping NYM onto the pot cracks the insulation within a season and phase leaks to the pot body. NYA is a bare core anyway and does not belong here at all. NYY is the fixed feed between panel and machine and does not enter the pot lid. The joint between the tail and the ordinary conductor is a ceramic terminal or the maker's socket, not insulating tape. If the joint touches the pot's sheet metal, that spot makes smoke too.
If the machine is three-phase, the run between panel and machine is NYY, section chosen from label current and distance. The next shop's cable is not measured and copied. The machine body sits on the earth bar with green-yellow, with a lug, not with a loose twisted strand. If earth is open, an SSR fault energises the body and the operator is shocked when they touch the lid. That shock arrives harder if the residual-current device has been bridged. Sockets and lighting stay at 30 mA. The machine circuit is separate. Joining the two on one device buries the whole shop in the dark every time the pot heats.

Glue smoke is sweet and heavy and rises from the edge of the pot lid. Smoke from glowing dust comes out between the cabinet gasket, with a smell of electrics. If both are there at once, there are two faults, and one is not closed as the cause of the other. The electrician drops the breaker first, measures that it is down, then opens the lid. A probe is not leaned with a bare hand on a hot pot. The heater is not pulled before the glue cools, because melted glue sticks to the socket and tears it. Cooling happens on its own, with the power off; water is not poured on it. Water on a hot pot makes a shock crack and a new leak.

On an edge bander a photocell sees the end of the panel and stops the tape feed. When MDF dust sticks to the eye's glass, the photocell never sees the panel, the tape keeps running after the panel ends, and glue drips off the edge onto the floor. The operator takes that for an overheating pot and pulls the SSR. The electrician wipes the eye before the pot clamp, with a dry cloth, without putting water on the pot. If the tape cuts cleanly after the wipe, the SSR stays. If wiping is not enough, the photocell supply, 24 V on most machines, is measured. If there is no 24 V, the power supply is looked at and the photocell body does not change. If 24 V is there and the output never changes, the eye changes. The eye's cable is not clamped to the dust hose; when the hose vibrates the cable breaks and the tape cuts at random.
The pressure roller lays the tape onto the panel. Its motor is small and its gearbox sits in the dust. If this motor is tied to the pot's heater fuse, a locked roller also cuts the heater and the glue sets. Set glue, the next morning, makes the operator who is trying to heat the pot believe the SSR is stuck. Aşağı Dudullu The split is made in the panel. The roller gets its own thermal, the pot its own breaker. If a rag is wound on the roller shaft, there is no electrical fault, the rag is written down, and the thermal is not upsized. If the thermal is upsized, the locked motor burns and a smell of varnish is added to the cabinet. In Aşağı Dudullu the evening shift stacks door edges; the rag check is done at close, power off, by hand. The electrician does not force the roller round.
After the door edge is done, a corner-rounding station takes the extra tape. That station's motor is 230 volts on most machines, while the pot heater is a three-phase load tied to 400 volts. A repair that lands both on the same terminal burns the rounding motor within an hour. The electrician reads the station label and writes it apart from the pot label. If two phases have been given to a motor that says 230, the motor changes, the terminal is corrected, and the pot side is not touched. If the station blade is dull, motor current rises, but that is not an electrical fault; the blade is written and the thermal is not upsized. Blade and motor are not changed in the same sentence. A shop in Aşağı Dudullu turns out a hundred doors a day. On a hundred doors a dull blade trips the thermal by late afternoon, and the operator blames the pot again. On a late-afternoon call, blade and label come first, then the clamp.
The clamp comes first. If current flows while the control LED is dark, it is a stuck SSR. The heater does not change then. The SSR changes together with its heatsink, and the bridge on the mechanical over-temperature cutout comes off.
Aşağı Dudullu No. The dust lifts into the air, and if there is a glow the flame grows. Power off, it is vacuumed with a narrow nozzle. A pitted contactor is not filed, the body changes.
NYM is for a fixed, cool place. The pot's heat cracks its insulation within a season and phase leaks to the body. On the hot half metre the machine's own silicone tail stays. The joint is a ceramic terminal, not tape.
Aşağı Dudullu No. Failure to hold can also be a probe that has left the pot, or a pot that really is cold. Turning the heat all the way up, together with a bridged cutout, burns the pot. Probe well first, then the clamp, then the cutout bridge.
Aşağı Dudullu No. A full bag stops extraction, the cabinet heats, the thermal trips, and that trip looks like a pot fault. The bag mouth is opened first, and if it is full it is emptied, and only then is the clamp put on. The bag is the shop's work. The electrician does not order an SSR on top of a full bag. In Aşağı Dudullu the bag is forgotten after a hundred doors in the evening, and the call arrives at that hour.
Aşağı Dudullu We have no fixed shop; ElektrikçiGO is a mobile, service-area team working on site across Ümraniye. Aşağı Dudullu The call lands on the phone, an appointment is set and the technician comes to your address. Aşağı Dudullu When they depart, their name, vehicle plate and a live tracking link are shared so you know in advance who is at your door. Aşağı Dudullu The survey is done on site and the binding figure written after measurement.
Aşağı Dudullu Yes. Aşağı Dudullu Parts fitted carry the manufacturer's warranty and the workmanship an official 1 year ElektrikçiGO guarantee. Aşağı Dudullu On completion the brand and model of switchgear used, the measured insulation and earth resistance values and the trip time of the 30 mA device are written onto a signed service report and handed to the customer. Aşağı Dudullu A copy is kept on file so values can be compared at the next inspection.
Service covers the neighborhoods of Istanbul's 39 districts. Not the whole of Turkey. A survey is not a binding quote.
